‘Badhaai Ho’ is a family drama comedy and perfectly goes with its genres due to its silent and expressions comedy. Story has Gajraj Rao and Neena Gupta in the lead pair, yes you read it right this is the lead couple of the story, who has an old age pregnancy case after two sons Ayushmann Khurrana and a younger one and this is what movie is all about.
Due to this case the family faces many social drama and ‘Log Kya Khenge’ type sarcasm but how the family got united and accepts the expecting baby is basic plot of the film and it gives you both kind of tears humorous and emotional as well.
Screenplay & Dialogues: Akshat Ghildial, who is co-writer of the story as well, screenplay is simple and covers all type of audience whether rural or urban. Screenplay manages to bind you with your seat till the last song ‘Morni Banke’ which comes to the Ending Numbering..
Dialogues are ‘superrrr se uparrr’ but there is silent and expressions comedy which is above dialogues comedy.
Ayusmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra are very good with their job but this is not about both of them as there is Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao and Surekha Sikri who win your heart with their powerful and innocent performances… hats off to the casting director for opting out this team as family.
Direction: Amit Ravindernath Sharma’s direction fulfills all your expectations which you come with, to watch out the ‘Badhaai Ho’
Final Verdict: From the trailer it was rumored that Badhaai Ho is not a family watch but it’s purely family film and I recommend to the families go and watch it out, don’t miss it!!
