B.R Chopra has been a renowned name in the industry in the last century. His magic is still shining as after his super hit film ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ got remake last year. Now another film of B.R Studios on the cards to get a remake and its 1980’s hit drama ‘The Burning Train’. Ravi Chopra’s solid directorial is all set to get recreated after 40 years. Juno Chopra (Son of Ravi Chopra) has shaken hand with Jackky Bhagnani to jointly produce the film under Pooja Films and B.R Films.
The Burning Train was very ahead of its time in 1980 with a solid star cast like Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Vinod Khanna, Vinod Mehra, Jitendra, Neetu Singh and Danny. This is not easy to satisfy ‘The Burning Train’ fans with its remake so it’s a challenging task. The film will go on the floors later in this year.
Jackky Bhagnani Said “We will be finalizing the cast soon. The modern adaptation will be set in a train itself and will have a new twist.” While Juno Chopra shared his childhood memory with his father on The Burning Train. He says “I remember my dad had gone to Los Angeles for the VFX, which back then, was way ahead of its time. I was blown away by his vision and I am excited to make my own version of the film. Currently, we are on the verge of signing the director.” Stay tuned for latest Bollywood updates.
